KNAV is seeking highly driven and proactive professionals to join its US PCAOB Audit Practice as an Assurance Associate or Assistant Manager. This role offers exposure to financial statement audits of publicly listed and high-growth companies in accordance with PCAOB standards, U.S. SEC reporting requirements, and FASB U.S. GAAP guidance.

Profile

• Practice Area: International Assurance and Accounting Advisory
• Qualification: CA, CPA, or ACCA
• Experience: Freshers to 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of audit work papers and documentation.
• Monitor and supervise articled trainees and efficiently assist reporting managers.
• Work on engagements throughout the year with a willingness to put in long hours, including weekends when needed.
• Assist in performing detailed reviews involving the identification, articulation, and resolution of accounting and auditing issues vis-à-vis industry regulations and benchmarks.
• Learn and use audit tools and software, utilize strong Microsoft Excel skills, and draft effective technical memos.
• Effectively communicate and recommend solutions for various issues to clients.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver results to client satisfaction to ensure smooth closure of assignments.
• Research, prepare, and review memos on complex technical accounting and auditing issues.
